Instructions
Whisk together the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.
Warm a griddle (or skillet) to medium heat. Grease the griddle with butter.
Fully submerge the slices of bread in the egg mixture on each side and allow the excess to drip off. Then, transfer it to the griddle.
Cook over medium heat until golden brown, and then flip to cook on the other side.
