Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Slice the zucchini into long planks.
  • Mix the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Brush over both sides of the slices.
  • Lightly grease the grill gates. Grill the zucchini planks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
