creamy peanut butter

water

low sodium soy sauce

honey

rice vinegar

fresh minced ginger

minced garlic

sriracha sauce
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth. (You can also whisk the ingredients together in a bowl if you prefer but keep in mind that the sauce won't be as smooth.)
Transfer to a bowl for serving or an airtight container to store in the refrigerator. Optional: Garnish the sauce in a bowl with chopped peanuts.
