- 2 cups cooked chicken diced*
- 1 cup sliced grapes
- ½ cup toasted pecans chopped
- ½ cup chopped celery about 1 celery rib
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon tarragon
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Put the chicken, grapes, pecans, and celery in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, tarragon, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Note 1: Chicken
Canned chicken contains added salt, so keep that in mind if you choose it and adjust the recipe accordingly.
