- 8 oz block cream cheese softened
- (2) 10 ½ oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 cups broccoli florets steamed
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- ¼ cup butter melted
Beat the softened cream cheese. Add the cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt.
Stir in the steamed broccoli, diced chicken, cooked rice, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture in a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter together and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake at 350˚F for 25-30 minutes, until the filling is bubbly and the casserole is golden brown on top.
