This homemade Italian Dressing recipe is creamy, zesty, and flavorful. Our copycat Olive Garden salad dressing is a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a food processor.
    Spices and dressing ingredients in a food processor.
  • Process until smooth.

  • Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
