Cheeseburger Pizza

This tasty Cheeseburger Pizza recipe is a Domino's copycat with beef, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, pickles, and burger sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoon semolina flour needed if using pizza peel
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled ground beef
  • ½ cup diced American cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup bacon bits
  • ¼ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup hamburger sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425˚F and place a pizza stone in the oven so that it can get hot. *See note one for an alternative method.
  • Roll the dough into a circle and place it on a cookie sheet (or pizza peel) sprinkled with semolina flour.
  • Top the crust with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, cooked ground beef, diced American cheese, sliced pickles, diced tomatoes, and bacon bits.
  • Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone in the oven and bake it at 425˚F for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is cooked.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle it with hamburger sauce.

Notes

One: Pizza Stone Alternative

To use a baking sheet instead of a pizza stone, spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. Partially bake the crust for five minutes at 425˚F. Then, add the toppings and return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Two: Leftovers

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months. Reheat it in the oven, microwave, or air fryer.
