Put the whole and one cup of Fruity Pebbles in a bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Strain the milk from the Fruity Pebbles so that you end up with 1/2 cup of whole milk. Discard the cereal remanents.
Whip the pint of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, 3/4 cup of Fruity Pebbles, cereal milk, and vanilla.
Pour into a loaf pan and top with the remaining cereal.
Tightly cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight, until firm.

Notes
One: Milkshake
Blend 1/2 cup of whole milk and two cups of Fruity Pebbles ice cream until smooth.
Two: Ice Cream Sandwich
Squish the ice cream between two sugar cookies, cover the ice cream edges with cereal, and place in the freezer to harden.
Three: Ice Cream Bars
Line a 9-inch square pan with foil and cover the bottom with vanilla sandwich cookies. Spread ice cream over the cookies and top with another layer of cookies. Cover the pan, freeze until hardened, and then cut into bars.
Four: Storage
Store wrapped with plastic and foil, or in an airtight container, in the freezer for 2-4 weeks.
