Mix together the cake mix, butter, egg, and red food coloring until combined. Press into a parchment (or foil) lined and greased 9x13-inch pan.
Top with white chocolate chips and M&Ms. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and top with sprinkles.
Bake at 350˚F for 22-25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
