skim milk
Instructions
Put the cold skim milk into a tall narrow glass or container.
Use a frother to froth the milk until about one cup of thick sturdy cold foam forms.

Notes
One: Sweet Cream Cold Foam
Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla syrup to the skim milk before frothing. Or you can add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Two: Salted Caramel Cold Foam
Add 1/2 teaspoon of caramel coffee syrup and a pinch of salt to the skim milk before frothing it.
Three: Pumpkin Cold Foam
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin syrup to the skim milk before frothing it.
