Here's our favorite Spinach Pasta Salad recipe! This pesto pasta salad includes spinach, pasta, creamy pesto dressing, and parmesan.

Ingredients

uncooked mini penne
about 2 cups

cup
pesto
1/2
cup
mayonnaise

oz
baby spinach
1/2
cup
shredded Parmesan
Instructions
Cook the mini penne according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Mix together pesto and mayonnaise.
Put the baby spinach in a large bowl. Add the cooked penne, creamy pesto, and parmesan. Stir until coated.
Notes
Note 1: Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Note 2: Make Ahead
When making this salad ahead of time, for the best results, keep the dressing and salad separate until closer to serving time.
