  • Mix together the self-rising flour and plain, nonfat Greek yogurt on low speed, with a stand mixer or hand mixer until combined.
  • Turn out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle with flour, knead a couple of times and form into a ball.
  • Cut the ball into six pieces. Roll each piece into a long, breadstick shape and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425˚F for 10-14 mins until golden brown.
  • Mix together melted butter and garlic salt. Brush on the breadsticks.
