Mix together the self-rising flour and plain, nonfat Greek yogurt on low speed, with a stand mixer or hand mixer until combined.
Turn out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle with flour, knead a couple of times and form into a ball.
Cut the ball into six pieces. Roll each piece into a long, breadstick shape and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake at 425˚F for 10-14 minutess until golden brown.
Mix together melted butter and garlic salt. Brush on the breadsticks.

Using other kinds of flour and yogurt will alter your results. The recipe may still work, but you'll have to make adjustments in measurements, kneading time, and baking time.
