Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
Cake mix cookies can be made so many different ways depending on the ingredients you have on hand! This recipe starts with a chocolate cake mix and includes toffee bits.

Ingredients
- 15.25 oz chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375˚F. Mix together the chocolate cake mix, eggs, canola oil, and toffee bits.
- Use a dough scoop (I used a one-tablespoon size) or a tablespoon to make balls of dough.
- Place on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake at 375˚F for 6-8 minutes, until set.
