Mix together old-fashioned or rolled oats, Rice Krispies, chopped peanuts, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla until combined.
Stir in the mini M&Ms or chocolate chips.
Press the mixture dough into a 9×13-inch pan. Cover and chill in the fridge until firm. Cut into 48 squares. Store the bars in a sealed container in the fridge.
