shredded cheddar cheese

thinly sliced peppers

cooked, crumbled bacon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and minced onions.
Pour the egg mixture into a greased 12-inch cast iron skillet or casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced peppers, and crumbled bacon.
Bake at 400˚F for 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Notes
Allow the leftovers to cool, and then transfer them to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
