Waffle Pops

Waffle pops are easy to make by cooking cinnamon rolls in a waffle iron! Serve for breakfast or dip in candy coating to serve as dessert.

Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 16 oz vanilla candy coating

Instructions

  • Unroll the cinnamon rolls and cut each one into 4 pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a mini cinnamon roll and push a lollipop stick through the cinnamon roll.
  • Grease the waffle iron with cooking spray.
  • Place four of the cinnamon rolls into the hot waffle iron with the lollipop sticks on the outside.
  • Close the lid and squeeze gently.
  • Cook for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes.
  • Continue cooking the cinnamon rolls, greasing the waffle iron each time.

Optional Candy Coating

  • Melt the vanilla candy coating (or almond bark) and dip the cinnamon roll waffle pops and top with sprinkles.
  • Place them on a silicon mat or a piece of parchment paper to set.
