Marshmallow Layer
- 7 oz container marshmallow cream
Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats Layers
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles chocolate crispy rice cereal
Brownie Layers
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Grease the bottom only of an 8x8-inch pan.
Stir together the brownie mix, oil, water, and egg until well blended.
Spread in the pan and bake at 350˚F for 33-38 minutes.
Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats Layer
Melt the butter in a large bowl in the microwave.
Add mini marshmallows and stir to coat.
Microwave for 45 seconds and stir until smooth. (If the marshmallows aren’t completely melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.)
Mix in chocolate crispy rice cereal.
Drop the chocolate crispy rice mixture by large spoonfuls over the marshmallow cream layer and carefully spread out evenly.
Allow the bars to cool and set before cutting them into squares.
The bars spread once they are cut, so you might want to wait to cut them until right before serving.
