This Very Berry Pretzel salad includes strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries with sugared pretzels and whipped cream!

Ingredients

Sugared Pretzels:

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries sliced/diced, if needed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups Cool Whip or use sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

Sugared Pretzels

  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Mix together crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  • Spread in a rimmed jelly roll pan and bake at 400˚F for 6-8 minutes.
  • Allow the mixture to cool and then break it into small pieces.

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla.
  • Fold in whipped topping and store in the fridge or in a cooler.

Serving Instructions

  • Keep the ingredients separate until right before serving. Then, add the sugared pretzels and mixed berries to the cream cheese mixture.
