Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries sliced/diced, if needed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups Cool Whip or use sweetened whipped cream
Sugared Pretzels
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Mix together crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter.
Spread in a rimmed jelly roll pan and bake at 400˚F for 6-8 minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool and then break it into small pieces.
Cream Cheese Mixture
Beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping and store in the fridge or in a cooler.
