Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Byron's Pork BBQ heated
  • 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 8 pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  • Mix together butter, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, shredded cheese and Byron’s Pork BBQ.
  • Slice loaf of French bread in half and place the halves on a baking sheet.
  • Divide the barbecue pork mixture between the two halves and spread it out.
  • Top with sliced onions and pineapple slices.
  • Bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes (watching carefully to prevent burning) to brown the top, if desired.
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  • If you prefer to cook on the grill, loosely wrap each half in heavy-duty foil and grill over medium heat, covered, for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
