Here's how to grill corn on the cob with the husks. Grilled corn in the husks is easy to make with no prep, soaking, or peeling beforehand.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the corn on the cob with the husks directly on the grill grate.
  • Close the cover and cook over medium heat.
  • Grill the corn on the cob for 25–30 minutes, turning every five minutes, until hot and tender.
  • Remove the corn from the grill and allow it to cool slightly before peeling it.
  • Slather the grilled corn on the cob with butter and sprinkle with salt before eating it.

One: Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Two: Seasoned

Peel back the husks without removing them, discard the silks, spread butter over the corn, and sprinkle with seasoning. Replace the husks before grilling.

Three: Soaking

If your corn husks appear dry, you can soak your corn on the cob for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
