Gently press the puff pastry sheet into a greased 9-inch tart pan (or use a 9-inch pie pan). Trim the corners and use them to fill any empty spaces along the sides of the pan. Prick the bottom with a fork. Bake at 400˚F for 10-12 minutes.
While the pastry is baking, melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Beat the eggs with the milk and black pepper. Add the eggs and cook until just set. See How To Make Scrambled Eggs for detailed instructions.
Remove the puff pastry from the oven and use a metal spoon to flatten the bottom.
Spread the cheese sauce over the bottom. Top with the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with the crumbled bacon.
Bake at 400˚F for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pastry is golden.

Can I make this ahead of time?
This puff pastry breakfast pizza is best when enjoyed after baking. But if you do want to reheat it, do so in the oven at 400˚F for 7-10 minutes. If you want to prepare this puff pastry ahead of time, here are a couple of methods:
One way to prepare ahead of time is to make all of the toppings, measure them out, and store them in the fridge. Then, when you want to bake the pizza, everything is ready to assemble.
Another option is to prepare the puff pastry breakfast pizza up to the point of the final baking. Wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, remove the plastic wrap and bake until the cheese is melted and the pastry is golden.
