Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups fat-free, no sugar added, vanilla frozen yogurt
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree*
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
