- ¾ cup sliced tomatoes
- ¾ cup corn
- ¾ cup black beans rinsed and drained
- ¾ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- ½ cup diced peppers
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 avocado sliced
- ½ cup tortilla strips
- 1 cup sliced chicken strips
- ¾ cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoon hot honey
Put the chopped lettuce into a bowl or rimmed platter.
Top with tomatoes, corn, black beans, shredded pepper jack cheese, diced peppers, diced red onion, sliced avocado, and tortilla chips.
Before serving top with warm sliced chicken and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing and hot honey.
