This easy Italian Salad is a copycat Olive Garden salad recipe topped with tomatoes, onions, black olives, pepperoncini, and croutons.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce rinsed and drained
  • 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 6 pepperoncini
  • 1 cup croutons find our recipe here
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing find our recipe here

Instructions

  • Chop the romaine lettuce and spread it in a large bowl.
