Whip the pint of heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.
Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract.
Spread in a 9-inch loaf pan.
Tightly cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight, until firm.

Substitute the vanilla extract for any flavoring or extract you want!
Three: Fruit
Puree enough fruit sauce or pie filling to measure one cup. Fold the puree into the whipped cream along with the sweetened condensed milk.
Four: Chocolate, Cookies, or Cereal
Fold 3/4 cup of your favorite sweet mix-ins such as crushed cookies, cooled melted chocolate, marshmallow cream, or cereal into the whipped cream with the sweetened condensed milk.
