Preheat the air fryer to 380˚F. Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized pieces, place them in a bowl, and coat them with the olive oil.
Combine the seasonings in a small bowl, sprinkle over the cubed chicken, and stir until evenly coated.
Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the greased air fryer basket.
Cook the chicken bites in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 380˚F, flip them over, and continue cooking for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
