Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Process the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Rest for 10 minutes.
While resting, prepare the breadstick seasoning by combining the grated Parmesan and Romano blend, garlic powder, kosher salt, dried oregano, and dried basil. Set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the blended cottage cheese and mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface, gather it into a circle, and rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the breadstick butter by combining the melted butter, vegetable oil, and garlic powder. Spread 4 tablespoons of the mixture in a metal 9x13" pan. Flatten the dough, roll it out into a rectangle, transfer it to the pan, and spread it out to fill the pan. Brush with 1 tablespoon of the breadstick butter.
Bake at 450˚F for 10-14 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining breadstick butter, sprinkle with the prepared breadstick seasoning, and cut into sticks.
