Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Process the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a bowl. Add the blended cottage cheese and mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and gather it into a ball. Cover and rest the dough for 10-15 minutes. Flatten the dough into a small rectangle, then roll it out into a large rectangle. Transfer to a greased rimmed baking sheet and flatten it out more if it has shrunk.
Bake at 450˚F for 10 minutes.
While waiting, combine the melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
Remove the pan from the oven and brush two tablespoons of the garlic butter over the crust. Flip the crust over and brush with the remaining two tablespoons of garlic butter.
Top with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, sliced pepperoni, and dried oregano.
Bake at 450˚F for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
