This tasty Cottage Cheese Pizza recipe has blended cottage cheese in the crust! It’s chewy, flavorful, and super easy to make without yeast.

It’s Friday, and your family wants pizza for dinner. You can whip up this cottage cheese pizza crust, add your favorite toppings, and have dinner ready before the pizza delivery would even arrive.

Tonia’s Notes
I already have a two-ingredient pizza dough recipe made with Greek yogurt, as well as a traditional pizza dough recipe. But I wanted to share this cottage cheese pizza recipe we’ve been making because of the additional protein it includes!
My son told me that this is his favorite cottage cheese recipe and asked when I plan to make it again. I love that the extra protein helps fill me up and keeps me full longer. The garlic butter on the crust makes it even better!

How To Make Pizza Crust With Cottage Cheese

Cottage Cheese
Blend the cottage cheese in a mini food processor until smooth. Then, allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

Crust
Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a bowl. Add the blended cottage cheese and mix until a rough dough forms. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and gather it into a ball. Cover and rest the dough for 10-15 minutes. Flatten the dough into a small rectangle, and then roll it out into a large rectangle. Transfer it to a greased rimmed baking sheet and flatten it out more if it has shrunk. Bake the pizza crust at 450˚F for 10 minutes.

Garlic Butter
While waiting, combine the melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Remove the pizza crust pan from the oven and brush two tablespoons of the garlic butter over the crust. Flip the crust over and brush with the remaining two tablespoons of garlic butter.

Toppings
Top with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, sliced pepperoni, and dried oregano. I used “cup and crisp” pepperoni, but you can use your favorite pepperoni or use cooked sausage crumbles instead.

Bake
Bake at 450˚F for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown on the bottom.

Recipe Tips
- Make Ahead: You can prepare the dough ahead of time, form it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and store it in the fridge to use later the same day or even the next day. Place it on the counter for 30 minutes to let it warm up before rolling out the dough.
- Storage: Store leftover cottage cheese pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave, oven, or air fryer.
- Dipping Sauce: My family loves dips, and you can make pizza night even better with one or more of these pizza dipping sauces!
