whole heads of garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚F Remove the excess papery skins from the heads of garlic and slice off the tops so that the bulbs are exposed.
Place the garlic heads in an oven-safe pan and drizzle them with olive oil.
Cover the pan with heavy-duty foil. Or you can wrap the heads of garlic in foil if you prefer.
Bake at 375˚F for 40-45 minutes or until golden.

One: Storage
Store roasted garlic in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Two: Roasted Garlic Butter
Remove the cloves from one head of roasted garlic and place them in a bowl.
Use a fork to mash the cloves into a paste.
Then, add 1/2 cup of softened, salted butter, 1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan, and 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Stir until combined.
Store the roasted garlic butter in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
