Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Slice the croissants in half and place the bottom half on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Warm the turkey in the microwave. Place the slices on the bottom halves of the croissants, top with slices of cheese, and then the top half of the croissant.
Bake at 350˚F for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and croissants are toasted and flaky.
