Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Mix together the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme leaves, kosher salt, onion powder, coarse ground black pepper, and ground sage.
Place the turkey tenderloin in a greased casserole dish or rimmed baking sheet. Spread the seasoning mixture over the tenderloin. You can spread it on all sides if you prefer.
Bake for 27-32 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
Allow the turkey to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Pour the pan drippings over the slices.
