Instructions
Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced vegetables. Stir-fry for 6-9 minutes, until the vegetables soften and are lightly browned on the edges.
Add the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
