Preheat the air fryer to 380˚F. Place the chicken breasts between parchment paper and pound flat. Brush the chicken with olive oil on both sides.
Mix together the seasonings and sprinkle on both sides of the chicken breasts. Rub the seasoning over the chicken for full coverage.
Add the seasoned chicken to the greased air fryer basket.
Bake the chicken breasts in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 380˚F, flip the chicken breasts over, and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.

Storage
Cool leftover chicken and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 3-4 months.
Frozen
Although we recommend using fresh or thawed chicken you can also use frozen chicken breasts when short on time. Follow the instructions for seasoning the chicken. Cook at 380˚F for 24-27 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165˚F. You can brush the chicken with more olive oil and add additional seasoning when you turn them over, depending on how much was able to stick the first time.
