I love eating cold cereal and so does my family. We eat many different kinds of cereal from the sweetened varieties to the plain Jane varieties. So, when I was given the opportunity to try Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Honey Crunch Cereal, I said, “For sure!” We eat cereal in the traditional way with milk, from a plastic baggie in the car when we run out of time in the morning, with yogurt and in cereal bars. My family tried the Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Honey Crunch Cereal in different ways and liked all of them! Their favorite part of the cereal is the granolas and how crunchy it is.
Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Honey Crunch Cereal is a good-for-you, convenient breakfast that quick to assemble. Just pour in a bowl, add the milk and it is ready to eat. It is made with two unique granolas with Greek yogurt, crispy whole grain flakes and a touch of honey. One bowl, which is one cup, of this cereal has 33 grams of whole grains which is over two-thirds of your day’s whole grains! Plus, it has twelve essential vitamins and five grams of protein per serving! What a great way to start the day.
When my teen tried the Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Honey Crunch Cereal, she said, “Yeah, this is good! What are these crunchy things?” I told her that they were two unique granolas with Greek yogurt. She said, “It tastes like the regular Honey Bunches of Oats, so yeah I like it!”
There are times when my kids don’t have time for a bowl of cereal in the morning because they suddenly realized they have a sheet of homework they need to complete or they take too long in the shower. Cereal bars are great for an on-the-go breakfasts or for an after school snack. So, to make the cereal bars, I put honey, crunchy peanut butter, brown sugar and butter in a saucepan and brought it to a boil.
