    frozen hot chocolate
Last week, I made a Peppermint Frappe using my special delivery of International Delight #IcedCoffee and this week I made Frozen Hot Chocolate.  Frozen Hot Chocolate recipes can be found all over the internet but I wanted to make one that included some coffee so maybe it should be called Frozen Mocha.  Whatever the name, it is delicious!
    frozen hot chocolate ingredients
    Frozen Hot Chocolate {Frozen Mocha}
    Ingredients:
4 squares from a large Hershey’s milk chocolate bar
1 ½ teaspoon hot chocolate mix
¾ cup Vanilla International Delight Iced Coffee – divided
    1 ½ cups of ice
    Whipped Cream
    Chocolate Shavings
Melt 4 squares from large Hershey's milk chocolate bar.  Stir in 1 ½ teaspoon hot chocolate mix.  Slowly add ¼ cup of Vanilla International Delight Iced Coffee and stirring to dissolve chocolate (mine didn’t dissolve completely and that’s ok).  Add an additional ½ cup of iced coffee and stir.  Put 1 ½ cups of ice into blender, add the chocolate/coffee mix and blend together.  Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Now for the exciting part…I got to send International Delight Iced Coffee to another Social Fabric member of my choice, so they can try it before it is available in stores!  And I chose…
…Amy @As The Bunny Hops!  Now, I know that you are jealous but let me tell you some of the reasons Amy deserves some coffee goodness:
    1. Amy works as an early education specialist, specializing in infants and toddlers ~ that fact alone is enough to know she needs some caffeine to keep her going!
    2. Amy is kind and caring ~ take a look around her blog and you will see so many different ways she has supported others besides watching out for infants and toddlers!  Amy was one of my first Social Fabric friends and she has been a big supporter of The Gunny Sack.  Also, I worked with her on a project and it was a great experience!
    3. Amy is a positive person ~ she even has an inner Pollyanna to help her when going through difficult situations and now she will have some added caffeine to give her a boost!
    4. Amy likes coffee and hot chocolate ~ see why the recipe above is such a good fit?
    5. And last but not least Amy “Booed” us last Halloween!  She sent me and my family CHOCOLATE…yes, I can be bribed with chocolate!  And since Amy is a fellow chocolate lover, I think the Mocha International Delight Iced Coffee will be her favorite of the 3 flavors!

Amy received her International Delight Iced Coffee today along with several other blogger.  Follow Twitter hashtag #IcedCoffee to see who else received a delivery and what their reactions were.

Want your own stash of International Delight Iced Coffee?  You only have to wait a few more days because it should be available in the dairy section of Walmart & Sam’s Club on January 15th!  What flavor are you going to try first?

Hmmm. I haven’t heard about those. We usually have 3 different flavors of their creamers in our fridge. I start craving the pumpkin pie spice flavor in October!I love coffee hot and iced. Blessings, Lorilee
