This delicious iced coffee recipe for Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Frappe includes streusel topping and homemade caramel coffee creamer.

    Two glasses of iced coffee.

Coffee is one of life’s little pleasures. It is something that makes me happy every single day! I like my coffee plain or flavored, hot or cold, with half-n-half or with cream. I enjoy a cup alone in the morning, at coffee shops on the go, and while sitting on the front porch chatting with my besties.

    Coffee Ice Cubes

    Coffee ice cubes.

There is a little prep work that needs to be done before you can make the coffee drink. The first step is to make coffee ice cubes. Make half a pot of coffee. Put one cup of coffee in the fridge to cool. Use the remaining coffee to fill ice cube trays and put them in the freezer to harden.

    Cinnamon Streusel Topping

    Crumbled cinnamon streusel topping.

While waiting for the coffee to freeze, make the cinnamon streusel topping. Mix together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon with a pastry blender. Spread the crumbles in a pan with sides on a silicone baking mat.

Bake at 350˚F for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the streusel to cool for 2-3 minutes. Use a fork to gently disturb the smooth streusel so that it clumps up. As the streusel continues to cool, periodically use the fork to stir and break apart the cinnamon streusel into crumbles.

How To A Make Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Frappe

Frozen iced coffee mix in blender.

To make the Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Frappe, put coffee ice cubes, ice cubes, cooled coffee, caramel creamer (I used my homemade caramel coffee creamer) and cinnamon into the blender and mix until smooth.

A glass holding cinnamon streusel coffee cake frappe topped with whipped cream and caramel.

Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel ice cream topping, and sprinkle with cinnamon streusel topping. The Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Frappe was amazing! I let my kids and my niece and nephew try the frappe and they gave it 5+ stars.
