This Magic Potion Rainbow Drink is super easy to make and looks really neat when combined. Before the party, make different colors/flavors of Kool Aid ice cubes. Put all the flavored ice cubes onto a platter or in small bowls. We used strawberry, blue raspberry, grape and orange.

Put Magic Potion labels on cups and add a straw. The more clear the cups, the more fun the drinks will be to look at!

If you would like to use my Magic Potion labels, you can download them free: HERE
I printed mine on full sized sheets of sticker paper so all I had to do was cut them out, peel the backs off and stick them on the cups!

Then, pour clear pop, like 7-Up, over the ice cubes. The pop will change color somewhat and become flavored as the ice cubes melt!

So fun and cute!!!!
Thanks Lindsay for the vote of confidence! I have really been thinking about it. I just don't want to start one and have no one join... I have 2 link parties I would like to start: one for bloggers and one for Etsy shops. Not sure yet what days to do them or what I would title them.
This is such a great idea. I'm sure they had a lot of fun.

This looks so fun - & better yet, not messy! Kids of all ages could get into this. I'm so glad you shared it! Do you think I could substitute the soda with flavored water? My kids are still kinda little & aren't too big on carbonated drinks.
PS LOVE your blog! Following you now :)
What a FUN idea. My Little Men will love this. I think I am going to freeze myself some kool-aid cubes today. Thanks for the idea.

I am in love with this idea!
This is so cute! If you wanted to do something kind of like this for Halloween or just make it extra "interesting", you can freeze small fruits or fruit slices into ice cubes so you get new flavors and "eyeballs" and all kinds of things floating around! : )
