My sister Heather gave me the idea of making Passion Tea Lemonade. I put my own spin on it and made a family-sized version but I’ll include how she makes it below as well.
This recipe is so easy to make with only two ingredients, not including water which isn’t typically added to an ingredients list. I used Tazo Passion Tea and Crystal Light Lemonade but you can use any brands you prefer.
Start by brewing the tea. Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil. Add the tea bag (I’m using an extra-large tea bag meant for multiple servings) and let it brew for 5 minutes.

Yes, you can use the single size passion tea bags instead of the pitcher size. You will just need to use more bags to make it strong enough.
Make the lemonade in a pitcher. Pour the lemonade powder in the pitcher and add 2 quarts of cold water. Stir to mix.
Is there an alternative to the Crystal Light Lemonade mixture?
Yes, my sister, who shared this recipe with me, makes passion tea lemonade using fresh squeezed lemon juice and honey. You could also use a sugar alternative instead of the honey.
Add the tea to the lemonade in the pitcher and stir to combine.
Is it possible to make a single serving of passion tea lemonade?
Yes, you can make passion tea lemonade for one. Brew a single passion tea bag. Use a single serving of lemonade mixture such as Crystal Light On the Go Lemonade packet and 16.9 oz of water.

Instructions
- Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil in a medium bowl and add one large passion tea bag. Let it brew for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bag.
- Mix the lemonade packet into 2 quarts of cold water.
- Add the brewed tea to the lemonade and stir to combine.
- Serve over ice.
- Store passion tea lemonade in the refrigerator.
