During the spring of 2020, the whole world was staying close to home and everyone, it seemed, was making whipped coffee, aka dalgona coffee. It was a way to have a fancy coffee without leaving home.

Whipped coffee is made with equal portions of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. With the pumpkin spice lattes available once again and all things fall just around the corner, we had to try making pumpkin spice whipped coffee!

ingredients in a glass measuring cup

Put instant coffee, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, hot water, and pumpkin puree in a large bowl.

Is whipped coffee good?
