Jamaican Jerk Salsa
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the olive oil, Jamaican jerk seasoning, and vinegar. Pour over the chicken breast. Cover and marinate in the fridge for one hour.

  2. Discard marinade. Grill chicken breasts over medium heat for 12-16 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.

  3. Top with Jamaican jerk salsa (recipe below).

Jamaican Jerk Salsa
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to use.
