Air Fryer Corn On The Cob with tender, toasted kernels is easy to make without turning the oven on! Serve with plenty of butter and salt.
Now that sweet corn is available in the grocery stores once again, we decided to try making air fryer corn on the cob. Using the air fryer frees up space on the stovetop, the grill, or the oven.
How To Make Air Fryer Corn On The Cob
Making air fryer corn on the cob is super easy! While you are peeling your corn, preheat the air fryer. Then, grease the corn and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes while you make your main dish.
Supplies and Ingredients Needed:
- air fryer
- tongs
- corn on the cob
- olive oil
- butter
- salt
Start by shucking (peeling) the corn and removing the silks. Preheat the air fryer to 370˚F.
Place the sweet corn in the fryer basket and spray both sides with olive oil. You may need to cut the corn if it is too large for the basket.
What can I use instead of olive oil?
I like using olive oil spray because it makes things so easy. But you could also brush the cobs of corn with olive oil. Another option would be to use melted butter or if you have some on hand you could use bacon grease.
Bake the corn on the cob in the air fryer at 370˚F for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kernels are tender and some of them are toasted.
Remove the sweet corn from the air fryer, brush the hot corn with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt.
