    With all of the food you’ll be enjoying for your Easter dinner, appetizers aren’t necessary when trying to keep things simple. But if there is going to be a long wait before dinner is ready or if you have little kids that need a snack while waiting, go with something easy!

A couple of tips for the casseroles is to make some in your slow cooker to free up oven space. And many casseroles can be made ahead of time and warmed up right before serving.
